I am so pleased to share that we are expecting a baby boy this summer. He is expected to debut Aug 15th. Which means, I am going to have to start my maternity leave mid/late July. I will take sessions up to that point since I know babies can be quite unpredictable and my job requires me to be pretty active. Bouncing around and running back and forth is part of the fun! Another reason I have made this decision, is to ensure I give Stella some wonderful one on one summer family time! She’s been the only child for over 4 years, so I can imagine this will be quite the transition for her. I do think she’ll be amazing though.

As far as the fall season goes, I am going to be taking limited sessions this year. I really want to soak in all of the newness of this baby. It’s so important to me as it’s my last one. I really want to spend as much time as I can with this guy while he’s so tiny. Time flies so fast, and I know I’ll regret it if I don’t. I am looking forward to all of the smells, the sounds and the cuddles. Not to mention, seeing Stella interact with her new baby brother.

I appreciate all of my clients so much and I owe this entire business to you and your commitment to me. I would’t be able to keep this business going strong without you! I appreciate every inquiry, every referral and every repeat client. I feel so honored to work with so many wonderful families, and that they all appreciate my point of view as a photographer. So please, contact me as soon as possible to secure a fall date. Like I said, they’ll be limited. As far as newborn sessions, I’ll be accepting late September babies. So, if you’re pregnant, contact me soon to set that up.
